At Backyard Pools, we aim to make getting your pool and outdoor essentials delivered to your doorstep as simple, reliable, and convenient as possible.

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery options within South Africa:

Express Doorstep Delivery – R99.00
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

Perfect for customers who would like to receive their order sooner.

Standard Doorstep Delivery – FREE
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Enjoy FREE standard delivery on your order with no additional shipping charge.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 1–2 business days, particularly during weekends, public holidays, sales, promotional periods, or periods of high order volumes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking or delivery information where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, severe weather, high order volumes, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to eligible addresses throughout South Africa. Certain remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any information necessary for the courier to complete delivery.

Large & Bulky Items

Some swimming pools and related products may be large or heavy. Delivery arrangements for oversized items may differ depending on the product and delivery location. Where additional arrangements or charges are required, we will communicate this before dispatch where applicable.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or an item is missing, contact us promptly with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Backyard Pools cannot guarantee delivery within the original timeframe if incorrect or incomplete delivery information is supplied at checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or redelivered.
